Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase but understand you may need to return it.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of your online order ship date.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition.

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Items that have been worn or used
• Gift Cards and eGift Cards

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

If an order level coupon or discount was applied, the value will be pro-rated across all qualifying items and deducted from the refund.

Sizing & Return Policy-Made to Order Items

Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size. Some items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within three days with photos so we can make it right.
